1. Our Core Privacy Principle

We built PhotoSwipe with one fundamental belief: your photos are yours. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data, photos, or videos.

2. How We Process Your Photos

• 100% Offline Processing: All photo analysis, duplicate detection, and intelligent sorting happen directly on your device using Apple's local machine learning frameworks (CoreML/Vision).
• No Cloud Storage: We do not have servers that store your photos. Your media never leaves your iPhone.
• Secret Vault: Photos moved to the Secret Vault are stored locally on your device and are accessible only via your iOS FaceID/TouchID authentication.

3. Permissions We Request

• Photo Library Access: We require read/write access to your Photo Library solely to display your media within the app and to delete the items you explicitly choose to trash.
• Face ID / Touch ID: Used exclusively to unlock your Secret Vault locally. We do not have access to your biometric data.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use any third-party tracking software or analytics (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) within the app. We do not track your usage behavior.

5. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
