By downloading or using PhotoSwipe, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.

1. Standard Apple Terms of Use

This application is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use of PhotoSwipe is subject to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which can be found here: Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PhotoSwipe offers Premium features via Auto-Renewing Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases.

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

3. App Functionality and Liability

PhotoSwipe provides tools to help you manage and delete photos. However, you are solely responsible for the photos you choose to delete. We strongly recommend reviewing the contents of the 'Review Bin' carefully before confirming permanent deletion. We are not liable for any accidental loss of data or media.
