By downloading or using SubSlayer, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2. Premium Features & Purchases

SubSlayer allows you to track up to 5 subscriptions for free. To unlock unlimited trackers and Premium icons, you must purchase a SubSlayer Premium upgrade.

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• If purchasing a subscription, it automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

3. App Functionality and Liability

SubSlayer is a financial tracking tool designed to help you organize your subscriptions. However, we are not responsible for any direct financial losses, missed cancellation dates, or billing errors that occur with third-party service providers. You must verify and manually cancel your actual subscriptions with the respective merchants.
